Synopsis
Reuniting Missy Elliott with director Dave Meyers after 15 years of collaboration, this 2015 video for the single featuring Pharrell Williams turns both artists into dancing puppets. Six puppets built by Furry Puppet Studios, led by designer Zack Buchman, took a five-person team three months to sculpt in the likeness of Elliott and Williams, who perform the song's signature choreography as puppet versions of themselves.
