Synopsis
After a series of failed pitches, a has-been TV presenter's attempts to get his old show rebooted are stifled after his puppet goes missing. Roger, the host, embarks on a chaotic search for his puppet friend, Pascal, while twisted truths about the beloved children's TV show 'Pascal's Pals' are unearthed.
Context & Trivia
The film is a project by film and theatre students, who were seeking funding for their final year project. It draws inspiration from childhood classics such as 'Sesame Street', 'Rainbow', and 'The Sooty Show'. The main puppet, Pascal, is a hand-puppet. Anna Chloe Moorey performs Pascal, as well as another character named Red. Philip J. Shaw was responsible for crafting the puppets.
