Five ventriloquists at very different career stages — from a 13-year-old dreaming of going pro to Terry Fator, a $100-million Las Vegas headliner after winning America's Got Talent — are followed across the US, Mexico, the Bahamas and Japan.

Written and directed by Mark Goffman, the film follows ventriloquists Dylan, Kim, Dan, Terry Fator and Wilma, exploring how each creates a distinct personality for their puppet partner and builds a career around it. It premiered at the Palm Springs International Film Festival before a 2011 theatrical release.
