Synopsis
An alien duo arrive on earth and begin to enslave humans, using a local Public Access Children's show as a front. Things get out of hand when a human is forcibly turned into one of them and joins a resistance to overthrow the aliens.
Context & Trivia
Public Access Limited is Retro Video Pictures' fourth film and the final entry of its own Shot-On-Video (SOV) Trilogy. The film features several hand puppets, including the aliens Damien (Green Monster), Mordecai (Pink Monster #2), and Alistar (Pink Monster #1), as well as a Swamp Monster named Kantor and a Box-Shaped Puppet. Rashidi Shaw, Nate Wilson, Connor McDonald, Chris Cooper, Steve Kasan, and Erica Dingman are credited as the voices for these characters.
