This event was documented and added to the Puppeteers of America audio-visual archive, featuring a special 15-minute introduction and a 5-minute outro recorded by Frank Oz in 1993. The original 1989 recording had terrible audio quality, but the content was considered fantastic. In 1993, a VHS tape of the video was available through the Puppeteers of America archives, and in 2019, the full program was uploaded to the Puppeteers of America's official YouTube channel. During the session, Jim Henson and Frank Oz performed several of their most iconic characters. Jim Henson performed Kermit the Frog and Rowlf the Dog, while Frank Oz performed Cookie Monster, Animal, Fozzie Bear, and Grover. This event took place at a significant time for Jim Henson, as 1989 was the year he initially started talks with Disney to purchase the rights to the Muppets and it was during the only season of "The Jim Henson Hour". It was also around this time that he was developing "Muppet*Vision 3-D" for Walt Disney World, an attraction that would become one of his final projects and performances as Kermit the Frog before his passing in 1990.
